How to forward emails

It is easy to automatically forward emails from your email client to your @inbound.to.co inbox. All you need to do is to create a filter and set the forwarding address to your @inbound.to.co email address.

Setting up email forwarding rules

The process for setting up email forwarding will be slightly different depending on your current email client. The following guides may help you get started, for Gmail and Outlook. Generally, you should be able to find forwarding options within the Inbox Rules or Forwarding and POP/IMAP settings area.

After creating the forwarding filter in your email client, a confirmation code may need to be entered. This confirmation code will be within an email sent to your @inbound.to.co inbox. The confirmation email should contain the details of how to confirm the forwarding address within your email client. You can go to email integration to view your forwarded email inbox, if there are no emails, please wait a few minutes and try again.

What emails will be forwarded?

Only new emails that match the criteria of your inbox rule/filter will be forwarded to your @inbound.to.co email address. You can view the inbox any time on the my.to.co/integrate/email webpage to see what emails have been forwarded.
